The Eviction Notice is a community-made melee weapon for the Heavy. It is a pair of Template:W with a flat grip and spikes on the bands.
This weapon has a 50% higher attack speed than the Fists, but deals 60% less damage than the default Fists with each hit, making this weapon's total damage per second 20% lower than the default Fists damage per second.

- Added/Refined recoil/draw/crit/reload forces for all of the new weapons in the Über Update
- [Undocumented] The damage bonus attribute was changed from "-60% damage done" to "-60% damage penalty".
