The Spectral Flame is a tool item. When applied to a flamethrower,the flames produced will be a mixture of red and green. Players ignited by the flamethrower will also be surrounded by green flames. When used on the Phlogistinator, the usual "waves of energy" effect is replaced with green, but otherwise normally shaped, flames.
