The Marxist Megaphone is a primary weapon item for the Heavy that is awarded the following day to the player that consumed the most Sandviches in a given day. It appears as a grey megaphone with the word "Obey" written on the side.
While unable to cause direct damage, the Marxist Megaphone grants the player the ability to dominate the will of others, forcing them to follow whatever command the Heavy has just given.
Taunting with the Marxist Megaphone equipped produces a Medicating Melody that heals all nearby teammates and enemies.
Possession of the weapon is not permanent and is limited to a single day.
