Teddy Roosebelt was the first Pocket Buddy item in Team Fortress 2.

A Pocket Buddy is a type of cosmetic item that, when equipped, appears to visibly move around in your character's pocket. Generally, these items are treated as companions, with their own personalities. They posses no unique functionality in standard gameplay, however.

The first Pocket Buddy (Teddy Roosebelt) was introduced in the Third Community Contribution Update in April of 2011. To date all 5 Pocket Buddy's have been community-created Miscellaneous items.

Most Pocket Buddies are able to collect kill assists in Pyroland. See the Pyroland article for a complete list.
