The Family Business is a community-created secondary weapon for the Heavy. It is a pump-action shotgun with a retractable stock attached to its receiver. The stock has a faded Hammer and Sickle on its right side.

The weapon's increased ammo magazine allows it to store a maximum total of 8 shells and shooting 15% faster, at the cost of doing 15% less damage.
