Decorated quality is the item quality assigned to items which can be completing contracts, or unboxed from cases purchased from the Mann Co. Store. This quality has multiple sub-types, such as Civilian, Freelance, Mercenary, and Commander. It also has a visual quality, which progresses as Factory-New, Field-Tested, Minimal Wear, Well-Worn, and Battle-Scarred, with each getting progressivly more worn and damaged.
