Basic strategies
- Strafe when fighting the Armored Sandman Scouts. They can effectively stun lock you, assuming you get hit once or twice.
- On the second wave, Giant Crit Huntsman Snipers will spawn from the top pocketed by Uber Medics. Consider having a Demoman place a sticky trap up top before the wave starts.
- Giant Shotgun Heavies on the third wave can dish an insane amount of damage up close. Have a Medic use a projectile shield when closing the distance.
- Some of these Shotgun Heavies are pocketed by Uber Medics.

- Collecting all the money on the fifth wave nets a total of 2000 credits + 100 bonus. This can be very helpful for the last wave.
- On the last wave, have the Scout switch to a Pyro so he can knock enemies into the grinder. Especially useful when the first gate has been captured.
Bugs
- In Wave 3 of this mission, the wave display infobox incorrectly lists the number of Uber Medics as being 27 when there are 30 Uber Medics in the wave.
Trivia
- Disabled code on the final wave indicates that an unused boss robot known as "Chief Concheror Soldier" was meant to spawn after waiting for 15 seconds. The Chief Concheror Soldier in this mission would have 100% crit chance and its health reduced from 50000 to 25000.
- On wave 2, disabled code for the gatebot variant of the Hyper League Scout exists. It would spawn with 100% crit chance and Flare Pyros that have 100% crit chance from 2B-2 would be their squad members.
- The Hyper League Scouts that have 100% crit chance on wave 5 (Sub-wave 5B) have immunity to gate stuns.
