The Backpack Expander is a tool which, when used, grants an extra two pages (One hundred item slots) to the user's backpack, up to a maximum of a thousand. The item image appears to show a backpack with a collection of different Team Fortress 2 items inside; including the Sandman, some Huntsman arrows, a Heavy Duty Rag, some Keys and a Description Tag.

- Unlike regular backpack icons the Backpack Extender is a 2D picture instead of a 3D model.
