Spectral Spectrum (halloween spell)

The Spectral Spectrum is a tool item. This spell will add a team-colored color shifting effect to any paintable item. Expires on 11/09/2012.

  • Halloween Spell: Spectral Spectrum was added to the game.

Bugs

  • When applied on a Bill's Hat before the item expired, it would stay on the hat even after the expiration time. It is unknown if this worked on any other hats or miscs. As shown here in this link, a trusted seller is selling one at the moment amongst several other people http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8083600
