The Eviction Notice is a community-created melee weapon for the Heavy. It is a pair of brass knuckles with a flat grip and spikes on the bands.

While the Eviction Notice are the active weapon, the Heavy moves 15% faster. While this effect is active, the Heavy is vulnerable from all damage source by 20%. The weapon also has a 50% shorter attack interval than the Fists, allowing the Heavy to fire punches twice as fast, and gives a 3 second speed boost on hit. However, it deals 60% less damage than the default Fists, making its overall damage 20% lower than the Fists.

Trivia

• Eviction is the act of forcibly expelling someone from a property. The term is used as a euphemism for murder by the Mafia.
• The Eviction Notice was originally named the Soviet Slammers; the knuckles were colored pewter rather than brass, the tips of the spikes were coated in fresh blood, and the grips had the Mann Co. logo stamped onto them.
• Very early concept art for the Eviction Notice shows they were originally intended to be barbed wires wrapped around the Heavy's knuckles.[1]
