Soul Gargoyle 1 - 100 The Scream Fortress VII event ended on November 12, 2015. The Soul Gargoyle granted access to Merasmissions during the event. You could level up the gargoyle by collecting souls. Souls could be found by killing enemies, completing Merasmissions and finding Soul Gargoyles. Leveled up at 666, 1337, and 2000 Souls. Provided access to Halloween transmutes where you can transmute 3 items for a non-tradable Halloween item from years past. A bonus was given for every 10 transmutes.

The Soul Gargoyle is an item received which grants access to Merasmissions. This item is obtained by logging on to Team Fortress 2 anytime during the Scream Fortress 2015 Halloween event. It also provides access to the Halloween Transmute feature.

Leveling Up

Level 1		Sad Soul Gargoyle
Level 2 (666 PM)		Silly Soul Gargoyle

Level 4 (2000 PM)		Happy Soul Gargoyle

The gargoyle starts at Stone quality and is leveled up with souls collected. Current quality of the gargoyle will appear on the scoreboard next to the player's name. A player can receive souls by killing or assisting in killing players, completing map objectives such as capturing a Control Point or pushing the Payload or by finding and collecting a soul gargoyle that appears at random throughout the event.

Halloween Transmuting

Main article: Halloween Transmute

Accessible via a sub-menu, the Halloween Transmute feature allowed players to trade in three qualifying items in exchange for an untradable, uncraftable cosmetic item from a previous Scream Fortress event.

• Each level of the Soul Gargoyle is holding a different item.
  • The Sad Soul Gargoyle is holding a skull.
  • The Silly Soul Gargoyle is holding a twelve-sided die. The die's sides consist of the nine class emblems, a Saxton Hale emblem, a cigarette emblem (signifying the Administrator), and a swan emblem.
  • The Sneering Soul Gargoyle is holding the talking pumpkin from the Gargoyles & Gravel comic.
