The Golden Frying Pan is a melee weapon for all classes. It is an Australium-plated Frying Pan.

This weapon functions identically to the wielder's default melee weapon, but with an added cosmetic function: any enemies killed by it will turn into motionless golden statues of pure Australium instead of ragdolls. This gold effect applies to jiggle bones which freeze in place.

Upon the drop or destruction of a Golden Frying Pan, there is a global announcement over all active updated TF2 clients, similar to the Something Special For Someone Special and Golden Wrench. All Golden Pans drop as Strange and have a random Professional Killstreak Kit applied to them.

The Wrench Connection Kill a disguised spy with your Wrench.

FYI I am A Medic Use your bonesaw to kill a spy who has been calling for 'Medic!'. Peer Review Kill 10 Medics with your bone saw.

Sawbones Hit enemies with your bonesaw 5 times in a row without dying or missing.

 Sniper

Be Polite Provide an enemy with a freezecam shot of you doffing your hat. Jarate Chop Jarate and then kill 3 enemies with your Kukri.

Kook the Spook Kill 10 Spies with your Kukri. Consolation Prize Get backstabbed 50 times.

 Spy

A Cut Above Kill a gun-wielding Spy with your knife. Agent Provocateur Backstab your Steam Community friends 10 times. Come in From the Cold Get a Revenge kill with a backstab. Counter Espionage Backstab a disguised Spy. Die Another Way Kill a Sniper after your backstab breaks his Razorback. Dr. Nooooo Backstab a Medic that is ready to deploy an ÜberCharge. Fast Fingers Backstab a Scout that is using the Back Scatter. FYI I am a Spy Backstab a Medic who has healed you in the last 5 seconds. High Value Target Backstab an enemy who is dominating 3 or more of your teammates. Identity Theft Backstab the enemy that you're currently disguised as.

Is It Safe? Backstab 50 enemies who are capturing control points. May I Cut In? Backstab an enemy and the Medic healing him within 10 seconds of each other. Sapsucker Sap an enemy building, then backstab the Engineer who built it within 5 seconds. Slash and Burn Backstab an enemy, who then switches to Pyro before they respawn. Spymaster Backstab 1000 enemies. The Man from P.U.N.C.T.U.R.E. Stab an enemy while fencing. The Man with the Broken Guns Backstab an Engineer, then sap 3 of his buildings within 10 seconds. Triplecrossed Backstab 3 Snipers in a single life. Wetwork Stab an enemy to death while under the influence of Jarate. You Only Shiv Thrice Backstab 3 enemies within 10 seconds.

• Fixed the Engineer not playing the proper response rules while using the Golden Frying Pan.

Bugs

• If the Strange counter on the golden pan is reset while playing, the Golden Frying Pan will appear to be a regular pan until a resupply locker is used or the player respawns.
  • This also occurs if a player picks up a Golden Frying Pan and the original owner disconnects from the server.
