The Smissmas 2018 update was a major update for Team Fortress 2 released on December 19, 2018. It featured the in-game release of several items that were selected by Valve for outstanding quality through the Steam Workshop, submitted using the item importing system. The update added a total of 18 new cosmetic items and players who launched the game during the event received a Stuffed Stocking as a gift.

- In the VPK files, there is a backpack icon for a War Paint Case related to Smissmas 2018, under the name, "weapon_case".
