The Smissmas 2019 update was a seasonal update released on December 16, 2019. It featured the in-game release of several items that were selected by Valve for outstanding quality through the Steam Workshop, submitted using the item importing system. The update added a total of 18 new cosmetic items, 10 new War Paints and 17 new Unusual Effects (11 for cosmetics, and 6 for taunts). Players who launched the game during the event received a Stuffed Stocking as a gift.
