The Dalokohs Bar (pronounced ʻDah-lock-ussʻ) is an unlockable secondary 'Lunchbox' item for the Heavy, and was released in the March 18, 2010 Patch as part of the first series of community-created content. When consumed, the vitamin-enriched candy-bar heals the Heavy for 60 HP - 20% of his maximum health. In addition, his maximum health is increased temporarily for the next 30 seconds, like a semi-permanent overheal. Note that the additional health does not count towards base health for the purpose of further overheal as maximum health after overheal remains at 450. Like his Sandvich variant the Heavy will be immobile when eating, does not extinguish fire, nor can be eaten underwater. The Dalokohs Bar, however, cannot be dropped to heal his team mates.
Damage
None. Heals 60 HP and increases maximum health to 350 HP for 30 seconds.
Function times

Trivia
- This item was contributed by Benjamuffin and SamMunRAWR.
- The front of the bar's wrapper reads: "Dalokohs It's Delicious!". "Dalokohs" is the Russian and Ukrainian word for chocolate, "shokolad", spelled backwards.
- There is a TF2 logo visible on each piece of the bar.
- The lines that can be said after consuming a Dalokohs Bar are identical to those after consuming a Sandvich, not to mention the particles of food emitting from the Heavy's mouth are the same particle effects.
- This model was originally made for a community skin that made the Heavy resemble Coach, a survivor from Left 4 Dead 2.
- The Dalokohs Bar will make it possible to survive a Critical hit from the Direct hit.
- The Dalokohs Bar has an ammo meter like the Sandvich, even though it can't be dropped.
- The Dalokohs Bar was accidentally added to the drop system a day earlier as "Unknown Item 159". At that time, the item could be acquired through the random drop system, but not found in the backpack without the help of an external item manager. Approximately 1200 players found the item, but it did not drop into the backpack until the item was permanently and officially implemented on March 18th. When moved into the backpack before this, the item took the placeholder icon of the Bottle.
- The bars contribution credits go as follows between the two creators:
- Benjamin 'Benjamuffin' Rudman - Idea, Concept/Design, Name/Slogan, Texture.
- Sam 'SamMunRAWR' Munro - Project suggestion, 3D Model.
- The Dalakohs Bar was originally a skin for the sandvich.
