Con el anuncio de la SuperActualización, el Sitio Web Oficial de TF2 recibió un cambio de formato, añadiendo nuevas secciones y mejorando la navegación con mini-sitios internos y enlaces de interés.

El blog es la sección más actualizada del sitio, siendo la plataforma principal de Valve para anunciar eventos a la comunidad de TF2. Se anuncian eventos de la comunidad y oficiales, actualizaciones importantes, promociones de ítems e información general de interés para la comunidad.

La página contiene subpáginas con información de cada una de las 9 clases del juego. Dichas subpáginas contienen breves biografias (originalmente escritas en las cartas intercambiables), con una lista de sus armas estándar y su video de Conoce al Equipo. Cada subpágina puede ser accedida por los enlaces que hay en la imagen de cada clase en la cabecera de la página.
Otra subpágina de la web contiene los cortos animados y cómics, al igual de una sección de "Historia" que detallan las actualizaciones importantes hechas desde el lanzamiento del juego. Ésta página tambien contiene un contador que mierda el número de parches totales que se han lanzado (aunque no se actualiza automaticamente). Tambien se pueden descargar artworks, diseños conceptuales y fondos de pantalla, además del 'DIY media kit' con los logos, emblemas, fuentes y artworks oficiales en alta resolución en un archivo .zip de 32MB.
El Steam Workshop es una página web que permite a los jugadores subir sus ítems para que puedan ser incluidos en el juego. Las condiciones especifican que el contenido tiene que mantener el estilo del juego y personajes. Además hay dos pestañas, una para "Noticias" y otra para las "Actualizaciones" para mostrar los parches del juego, anuncios de la comunidad y otro contenido relacionado con el juego sacado de Steam News.
