Map Overview | |
Haunt is a community-made Capture the Flag map that is used for competitive play. It is set in a mining facility at night. Unlike most Capture the Flag maps, the goal is to not bring the enemy's intelligence back to your team's intel room, but to bring it to a small building in the middle of the map with 2 small rooms for each team's capture zone. When a player is holding an intelligence, the opposing team's capture zone will be closed off until the intelligence is dropped or captured.
Locations
Capture Zone The capture zone is a small building that houses both team's areas to capture each other's intelligence.
Intelligence Room Both teams have an identically structured intel area, a fairly open area with several passage ways, the main one being what looks like a hole that had been cut through the building's wall that leads to the outside area.
Attic The intel rooms have an attic space with 2 large holes in its floors, with 2 entryways both inside, and outside where the flank route connects to the capture zone. Players can easily drop down into the intel room using these large holes.
Outside The outside area is somewhat cramped with large boulders and chapels to break up large sightlines.
