Pyroland Effects
Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but how should I add the effects of Pyroland in the description? Do I add it as it's own short paragraph, or do I add it in one of the pre-existing paragraphs? Wisemonster (talk) 14:24, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- If I were you, I'd add it as a separate paragraph, and maybe even add a screenshot of the Pyroland version in the gallery section. VasyaTheWizard (talk) • (contributions) 14:34, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
Added the paragraph starter, And for the effects i'd suggest noting it like the Claidheamh Mor and the Righteous Bison reverts weren't actual reverts. MrJohnson (talk) 18:30, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
The effects are purely visual, similarly to how Pyroland changes the Dragon's Fury. Would this still be information to put in a note section? Wisemonster (talk) 20:01, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
I think either is fine, but what Vasya said is more probable or better. MrJohnson (talk) 20:30, 12 October 2018 (UTC)
- If I was doing this, I would first study existing articles that have Pyroland-specific effects. I would review Rainblower; although the Thermal Thruster does not take you to Pyroland like the 'blower, Gas Blast does appear differently in Pyroland.
- Is there a category for items that have different effects in Pyroland?
- Another example, Hadouken, has a Pyroland variant, but this is only discussed in Pyro taunts (it could be).
- Certainly, the Gas Blast variant should be mentioned at the bottom of Pyroland#In-game features. M I K A D O 282 oOOOOo oo oo (talk) (To Do) 00:11, 13 October 2018 (UTC)
I probably should've mentioned this earlier, but when I tried puting this information in trivia, it was removed and I was told that the effects that Pyroland has on an item should be put in it's description. Also, I believe the reason the Hadouken changes in Pyroland is because the voice clip used at the beginning of the taunt is just one of the Pyro pain responses.
