Crowdin

I have a question about the crowdin parameter. So the majority of it comes from the official translation here to be more consistent. But I've added all extra information that was also present in the english version of this page. Should the parameter "crowdin" still be "yes" then, or "no"? Where's the threshold? The Crowdin parameter is used to remove the "(Englisch)" bit from the link at the top, as long as the patch notes are translated from Crowdin it should be there.
