工具(Tools)是军团要塞2中的可用物品。在曼恩企业更新中开始引入, 工具有各种各样的装饰用途，尽管它们并不能直接对游戏过程造成影响。工具获得的途径有从曼恩商店中购买，通过物品掉落系统掉落得或开启曼恩公司供应箱得到。一旦获得，工具就能在背包中使用。大多数工具都是可交易的，然而，没有一件工具是能在合成系统中获取的。
