Item sets, depending on the set, may apply new attributes to the wearer when all the items in a set are equipped, altering the role of the class slightly. The Heavy has several item sets, all of which are listed below.

- Secondary – The Buffalo Steak Sandvich: While under the effects, move speed is increased, damage done and taken will be Mini-Crits, and the player may only use melee weapons
- Melee – The Warrior's Spirit: +30% damage bonus; -20 max health on wearer
