The Heal Grenade was to be a grenade weapon in Team Fortress 2 for the Medic as a more class appropriate weapon than the Concussion Grenade. Its function is unknown, though it would assumedly restore the health of players on the same team as the wielder upon detonation.

- The grenade's design appears to be a reference to the 1975 film: Monty Python and the Holy Grail; specifically, "The Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch."
- The Holy Hand Grenade included in the Lumbricus Lid hat has the same reference.
