尖叫要塞2016（Scream Fortress 2016）是在2016年10月21日所發佈的主要更新。此更新加入了两个新嘲讽、三张新地图、二十四款新装饰品、一个新工具——稀有化工具，而且从上一届活动的马拉莫斯任务也正式回归。
