The Road Rager is a community-created special taunt for the Heavy.
When activated, the Heavy steps to the left while a miniature military light utility vehicle, with "МИША" ("MISHA") written on the front bumper, a minigun mounted on the engine's hood, the Heavy's class emblem on the sides, and "Cry some more" handwritten on the back, manifests from the ground. The Heavy then flexes his right biceps before entering the vehicle and driving it forward. Pressing MOUSE1 makes the Heavy do a "throat-slicing" gesture with his right hand and fire a few shots with the vehicle's gun (a purely cosmetic effect).
