The Baleful Beacon is an unreleased melee weapon for the Pyro, and was added at the time of the Very Scary Halloween Special. This weapon has textures and backpack icons in the game files, but no model. Its backpack icon appears as an unlit lantern hung at the end of a large wooden pole.
