The track begins where "The Calm" ended, with the introduction of the Mann vs. Machine melody played by flute, voice, and theremin. This continues to the climax, with a similarly punchy bass line, but instead of ending continues the melody until a tenor saxophone solo enters. Following the solo is an open section of synthesizer and tubular bells, which leads into a reprise of the main theme with expanded instrumentation. The bass line is played again by synth and electric guitar, with additional tenor and baritone saxophones, tuba, and low trombones. The theremin melody enters again, played in octaves and now doubled by trumpet 1. Alto saxophone and high trombones add to the bass line, and trumpets 2, 3, and 4 play a counterline to fill in gaps in the melody. Continuing the melody to the end, trumpet and theremin ascend chromatically until all instruments join them make the final unison statement.

"ROBOTS!" is a continuation to "The Calm," and is naturally similar in its melodic, harmonic, and thematic material. However, it has a heightened focus on electric instruments, mainly theremin and synthesizer.

The theremin melody enters again, played in octaves and now doubled by trumpet 1.
