Bullseye's Head is a scrapped cosmetic item for the Scout. It was to be the oversized, grinning head of Bullseye, the Monday Night Combat mascot.
The item was originally intended to be released as part of the promotion for Monday Night Combat on Steam, but proved to be too large and visually disruptive to fit in the game. It was eventually discarded in favor of the Essential Accessories and Superfan, parts of Bullseye's costume, as well as the Athletic Supporter.[1]
