La Mano Manida (A Handsome Handy Thing, en inglés) es un artículo cosmético creado por la comunidad para todas las clases. Es una mano cortada con huesos sobresaliendo y sangre derramándose desde la muñeca hasta abajo que “sostiene” la parte de arriba de la cabeza del mercenario.

Este artículo tiene dos estilos, nombrados "Fresca" y "Podrida". El estilo "Podrida" cambia el color de la piel de la mano por uno gris verdoso.

Cuando un jugador que lleve equipado este objeto elimina a un enemigo sin ser asistido, la lista de víctimas mostrará a todos en Pyrolandia que el objeto obtuvo la asistencia, con su nombre personalizado si tuviera uno.

La Mano Manida fue contribuida a la Steam Workshop.
