A Handsome Handy Thing is a community-created cosmetic item for all classes. It is a severed hand with bones sticking out and blood dripping down from the wrist. It sits on top of the mercenary's head.
This item has two styles, named "Fresh" and "Expired". The "Fresh" style gives the hand light skin, while the "Expired" style gives it zombie-like grayish green skin.
When players equipped with this item kill an enemy unassisted by another player, the killfeed shows everyone in Pyroland that it gets the assist, with its custom name if it has one.
A Handsome Handy Thing was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
