Time Out Therapy（Time Out Therapy）是一个社区制作的医生可用的特殊嘲讽。
当玩家从嘲讽选择界面选择该嘲讽后，医生会向右走一步，同时拿出一个带有红色十字符号和四个点的图案的杯子，以及一个写字夹板；地面中会出现一个团队颜色的医用躺椅，医生坐上躺椅，用右手拉动控制杆来调整座椅，然后开始阅读夹在在写字夹板上的纸，不时的喝一小口杯子中的饮料并发出笑声。当玩家选择结束嘲讽时，医生会站起来，把写字夹板和杯子掉回地面，躺椅也会向下掉落消失在地面里。
