The Bad Pipes is a community-created special taunt for the Demoman.
When equipped and activated, the Demoman pulls out a set of bagpipes and plays them while dancing. Despite the particularly sour notes, once finished the Demoman stands up, puts the bagpipes away, and compliments his own skills.
The Bad Pipes was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
