The Backbreaker's Skullcracker is a community-created cosmetic item for the Demoman. It gives the Demoman an American football helmet with a broken mouthguard, a Roman-style plume on the top, and the Demoman's class icon on each side. The plume moves with the player's movements.
The Backbreaker's Skullcracker was contributed to the Steam Workshop.
