The Fire retardant suit protects the Spy wearing it for 90% of damage caused by fire. An alternate 'Beta 2' version of the suit grants the wearer immunity to the afterburn effect. With the Fire retardant suit worn, the Spy gains increased protection against the Pyro class' flames, but loses the ranged attack capabilities of the Revolver, Ambassador, or L'Etranger.
Since the item is still in an unreleased stage, these attributes may be changed or the weapon scrapped entirely.
