The Bad Pipes is an community-made Action taunt for the Demoman.
When equipped and activated, the Demoman will pull out a set of bagpipes and play them while dancing. The sound will have particularly sour notes. Once finished the Demoman will stand up, put the bagpipes away, and compliment his own skills.
The Bad Pipes was contributed to the Steam Workshop under True Scotsman's Call.

- Bad Pipes was added to the game.
Trivia
- Originally, the taunt was submitted with its own custom song cue, however, Valve changed it when the taunt was implemented into the game.
