Operation Osmium Ordinance is a community-created Mann vs. Machine charity tour organized and hosted by Potato MvM. It entered open beta on June 21, 2024, and officially launched on July 7, 2024. The tour is scheduled to conclude on July 25, 2024.

On June 21, 2024, Operation Osmium Ordinance went into public beta, featuring 26 missions across 17 maps. This included the official map Rottenburg, as well as returning maps from previous community campaigns, and newly featured maps such as Bogland, Mansion, Robotfactory, Scallops, Scrapyard, and Watermine. The tour officially launched on July 7, 2024.
Additional maps and missions were added during the campaign's beta period, bringing the total to 28 missions across 18 maps at launch.
Some missions featured in the tour utilize the Reverse gameplay style, where players attempt to defeat hordes of human enemies as robots, while completing side objectives for currency.

Rewards
This event has four medals which are able to be earned by players: two as rewards for participation in the tour, and two for donations to a charity drive benefiting Cure Alzheimer's Fund. Clearing any six missions earns the player the Tungsten Tank medal, and clearing any twelve missions earns the player the Bohrium Buster medal.
In addition, players are able to donate varying amounts through item or monetary donations to receive donor medals. Donating at least $5 USD earns the player the Pyrite Pint medal, and donating at least $25 USD earns the player both the Pyrite Pint and Platinum Pitcher medals.
Content creators whose missions were accepted for use in the event were awarded the Potato of Labor medal.
The Tungsten Tank player medal reuses the model for the Titanium Tank Participant Medal, from Operation Titanium Tank, the Bohrium Buster player medal reuses the model for the Mappers vs. Machines Participant Medal, and both the Pyrite Pint and Platinum Pitcher donor medals reuse models from Operation Canteen Crasher: the Silver Building Canteen and Platinum Crit Canteen models, respectively.
Three of the four medals initially drop with custom painted colors which are not otherwise available in-game: the Pyrite Pint drops with a faded yellow color, while both the Tungsten Tank and Bohrium Buster medals drop with a light gray color.
The Tungsten Tank medal was contributed to the Steam Workshop by NeoDement, Sntr, sedisocks, Star Bright, and Hydrogen .
The Bohrium Buster medal was contributed to the Steam Workshop by Gadget, LeSwordfish, and Hydrogen.
The donor medals were contributed to the Steam Workshop by Colteh, Rev, Swordstone, Wave, Nuke, kratos , Benoist3012, Pelipoika, sigsegv, Hyperion, Hydrogen , sedisocks, Sntr, NeoDement, Star Bright, and Interrobang .
