The Sandvich, Dalokohs Bar, and Buffalo Steak Sandvich share the taunt animation when using the primary fire button, which also triggers the edible items' special effect.
The K.G.B., G.R.U., Fists of Steel, and Warrior's Spirit taunt is likely an homage to Mr. Sandman's warm-up technique from Nintendo's Template:W game.
