The Bonk'n'Flash is a scrapped headwear item for the Scout. It is a helmet similar to the mask worn by the DC Comics superhero "Template:W", who had the ability to move at superhuman speeds.
This hat was entered in the Polycount Pack contest as part of an item set with a theme centered around Bonk! Atomic Punch.
A texture for this item was found within Team Fortress 2's GCF files following the Mann-Conomy Update's release, which has since been removed.
