The Bucket o' Brains is an unused headwear item for the Soldier. It appears as a dented metal bucket with a narrow trail of dried blood leading into the rim, speckled by several more droplets on the bucket's handle and body.
It can be found within the game files, but is currently unavailable in-game. A similarly themed headgear, the Dead Cone, also exists. Their name and descriptions hint at a future promotion with a zombie-themed game, possibly Plants vs. Zombies (in which zombies wearing each item are quite common.)
