The Bucket o' Brains is an unused headwear item for the Soldier. It is a dented metal bucket with a narrow trail of dried blood leading into the rim, speckled by several more droplets on the bucket's handle and body.
The hat can be found within the game files, but is currently unavailable in-game. A similarly bloodied headgear, the Dead Cone, also exists.
