The Dead Cone is an unused headwear item for the Pyro. It is a bright yellow-orange traffic cone with several droplets of blood toward the top.
The hat can be found within the game files, but is currently unavailable in-game. A similarly bloodied headgear, the Bucket o' Brains, also exists.
