"A Little Heart to Heart" is currently available as one of the main menu's startup themes. It is one of two songs featured in Meet the Medic, the other one being "MEDIC!". It is listed as track number thirteen and is one of fifteen main menu startup themes. It is the tenth track to be added via a patch subsequent to the game's release.

Another theme, "Archimedes", contains elements from this track and has been added as main menu startup music, but has not been used in a Meet the Team video.

During the duration of the video, odd sounds can be heard such as; footsteps, pecking, and at one point, the sound of breathing.
