The ID Badge is a scrapped community-created all-class miscellaneous item. It is an ID badge that would have been able to be used with the Decal Tool. [1]
The files for the horizontal style were added to the GCF during the Manniversary update. The item is fully intact in the GCF, and may be used in the future, according to the creator.
