El Casco de brigada (en inglés, Brigade Helm) es un sombrero desbloqueable para el Pyro. Aparece como un casco de termoplástico coloreado según el equipo del jugador, típicamente asociado con los bomberos. El Pyro lleva este sombrero sobre su habitual máscara de gas.
