The Bonk'n'Flash was to be a hat for the Scout which was entered in the Polycount Pack. It would have been a helmet similar to the mask worn by the DC Comics superhero "Template:W", who had the ability to move at superhuman speeds.
Essentially it was just a Batter's Helmet with wing shaped appendages on each side
A texture for this item was found within Team Fortress 2's GCF files following the Mann-Conomy Update's release. This has since been removed. The hat was ultimately cut due to copyright concerns from DC Comics.
