The Bad Pipes is an community-made Action taunt for the Demoman.
When equipped and activated, the Demoman will pull out a set of bagpipes and play them while dancing. The sound will have particularly sour notes. Once finished the Demoman will stand up, put the bagpipes away, and compliment his own skills.
