More Gun is the tune the Engineer plays on his guitar in Meet the Engineer. The original version was released in the Engineer Update, but the tune has been updated twice since its release.

More Gun is based on the song "Someone Else's Song" by American Country band Wilco from their album Being There. A blues cover is also among one of the songs heard in Poker Night at the Inventory.

July 8, 2010 Patch

The original song is released.

July 13, 2010 Patch

Valve changed the song to sound different than Wilco's song, using a harmonica, train sounds, and even a slightly tweaked melody of the guitar solo preceding the electric guitar accompaniment.

August 17, 2010 Patch

Valve added another new version, this time replacing the train intro with chirping crickets and the harmonica with a quiet accordion (the guitar changes remain in this version.) None of these versions match the actual recording used in Meet the Engineer, though.
