The ID Badge is a scrapped community-created all-class cosmetic item. It is an ID badge that would have been able to be used with the Decal Tool. [1]
The files for the horizontal style were added to the game during the Manniversary update. As of November 11, 2013 Patch, the files were removed from the game.
Since the item was removed, the Photo Badge was made to take its place. It acts the same way as the ID Badge, but instead of looking like a badge, it is a piece of paper with a clip.
