The Half-Zatoichi is a melee weapon for the Demoman and Soldier. It appears as a samurai's katana with a circular guard with rounded notches and brown hilt wrapping.
Upon killing, the player's health is restored in full; however, once switched to the Half-Zatoichi, it cannot be switched to another weapon until a kill is made.
The Half-Zatoichi was released with the Shogun Pack, awarded to players who preordered Total War: SHOGUN 2 on Steam before March 15, 2011, as well as through purchase from the Mann Co. Store, crafting, and item drops.
