The Gadget Token is a scrapped tool, assumed to give the ability for customization of weapon's attributes. It was added to the game files in the December 23, 2010 Patch and removed in the September 16, 2011 Patch. According to Robin Walker, the Gadget Token "...was an experiment we tested internally, but didn't like enough to ship."
