Haunted is an item quality used to designate set items of the Very Scary Halloween Special obtained from gifts found in the Underworld. There is no difference betweeen Unique and Haunted items except for the name, which is purely cosmetic. The chance of getting a Haunted item from a Haunted Halloween Gift is currently unknown, but it's assumed to be lower than a regular Halloween item.
